Very short and simple guide on what I have found that works with my trans bots when using JLLM.

Chat memory

Including some specific details on the character's anatomy can be really helpful, and as the user of the bot this is the only way you can edit how tokens are used. Some examples that I include in my bot descriptions are included below.Obviously these aren't the most token efficient. I'm sure it could be done better. Adjust this for the body of your bot or persona — whether they've had surgeries or not, the terminology you prefer, etc, just make it a concise summary of your bots or your persona's anatomy.

Refreshing responses

I find that refreshing works sometimes, but often just delays the issue to later. Unfortunately JLLM is a little too slow to understand the complexity of atypical anatomy.I find that adding to the chat memory when the bot begins to forget is like a 'refresher', and helps it to remember the specific anatomy or your bot or your character.

Editing messages

Usually works okay, in my experience. If you edit the message and make it very obvious the gender, pronouns, anatomy etc then rate it highly it tends to remember a bit better. Also important to use gendered pronouns and terminology, for example breast instead of chest.
